provide tourists and business travelers with one stop comparative
shopping for Koh Samui Hotels hotels ranging from budget accommodations to 5 star
properties. All on the Internet, all in one place. It is the first
muti-vendor
comparison shopping engine for Hotel Reservations on the Internet.
At launch on June 1st 2002, samuirooms.com database has around 25 bookable property links
for Thailand based Hotels and over 1500 Property links in Asia.

Koh Samui in general most hotels have 2 different rates during the year.
(1) Low season:
1 May - 31 October
(2) High
season: 1 November - 30 April
note:
Above mentioned
High & Low season dates are for indication only.
Low & High
season rates are common used. Although, some hotels do have 1 flat rate,
where other hotels display 3, 4 even 5 different rate stages during the
year.

these Rates really the best on the NET..?

Rates shown on
this site are almost always cheaper than booking via your local travel
agent or "Call In Walk In"
rates. Moreover we aimed to collect data from different sources.
Mostly you need a credit card to
depost some money but at certain Hotels you can make reservation without
any payments beforehand, they will rely on your Airplane ticket
description.
In General
you get the cheapest Hotel by prepayment!!
The
information below was correct the date we publicized, but actual rates may differ
around 10%.

| Check-in time is normally around
3 P.M. and check-out time
is 12.00 noon. Extensions up to 6.00 pm are subject to a surcharge of 50%
off published rates. Full rates will be charged after 6.00 pm. Any of this
extra stay will be paid mostly directly to the hotel instead of via online
booking. |

| Compulsory
Gala Dinners
|

A Compulsory Gala Dinner for all room types is mostly applied for
the nights of Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and local holiday festivals. If
the Validity Dates are ( Dec 24 2002 to Dec 24 2002 ) or ( Dec 31 2002 to
Dec 31 2002 ), the rate mostly includes the room rate plus compulsory
Gala Dinner for 2 persons (adult). For Children (under 12 years) the rate
for the compulsory Gala Dinner will be approximately half the adult rate.
